Q1. How do I purchase your product?
A1. Most popular items are posted on our JY Custom Ebay store (VIP_culture) for secure and faster transaction. Items that are not listed on the Ebay store can also be purchased by contacting us through phone or email.

Q2. What shipping methods are available?
A2. UPS is used for domestic shipping, and USPS international (priority or EMS) is used for any international shipping.
       Other delivery methods are not available at this time.

Q3. Can my shipment be tracked?
A3. All orders made before 3:30pm PST will be processed and shipped out the same day. Tracking number will be emailed to the buyer before 6pm PST.

Q4. When will my order arrive?
A4. This will depend on a number of factors, including your ship to location (proximity from Southern CA), product availability, and shipping method selection (UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, USPS Priority International and EMS).
UPS Ground guarantees 5 business days delivery, USPS Priority International Air takes 6~10 Business days and EMS usually takes 4~5 business days.

Q5. I entered the wrong address. Can this be changed?
A5. Unfortunately, due to our rapid fulfillment system it is very difficult to cancel/modify orders last-minute. Please contact us with your correct address. If the order can be updated you will be notified that it has been updated. If the order has been shipped we will either request for package interception ($25 fee will apply), or wait for the package to be returned to us by the carrier at that time your order will be shipped to the correct address. (buyer is solely responsible for all shipping fee)

Q6. What is your refund policy? How can I return items?
A6. If it is within 7 days of the date of receipt of purchase you can return the unit for a full refund MINUS SHIPPING. All contents including the original retail box, item and manual must be returned. Once we receive the item back to our possession we will inspect if for the the degree of damage. If any content is missing or damage is found, based on the damage, you will receive your refund for the product price minus shipping charge minus the damage.
To return any item please send an email to  info@jycustomusa.com in order to receive an RMA number. All returns must be accompanied by JY Custom USA RMA number.

Q7. I am a retailer. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A7. Yes, we do. Please contact us at  info@jycustomusa.com for dealer application. All business must have valid business license and reseller permit.

Q8. Do you have a store or location where I can pick up my order?
A8. Our office is located in La Mirada, CA. Will call is welcomed as long as appointment is made with us.
